Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about opening a Revon account, supported coins, deposits, swaps, fees, withdrawals and security.
What is Revon Bank?
Revon Bank is a custodial digital asset account. You can deposit, hold, swap, stake and withdraw Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, USDC and USDT, and see live prices and your balance in US dollars.
Which cryptocurrencies does Revon support?
Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), USD Coin (USDC, ERC-20) and Tether (USDT, ERC-20).
Is Revon custodial or non-custodial?
Custodial. Revon holds the assets for your account, so you don't manage private keys or seed phrases yourself. You sign in with a one-time email link.
How do I open an account?
Enter your email on the sign-in page and open the link we send. You then complete a short profile and identity verification before using money features.
Why do I need to verify my identity?
Identity verification (KYC) protects clients and is required to deposit, swap and withdraw. You upload a photo ID and take a selfie, and a reviewer approves it.
How do deposits work?
Each account gets dedicated deposit addresses for each supported coin. Send funds on the network shown, and the deposit appears in your account once confirmed.
What happens if I send a coin on the wrong network?
Funds sent on an unsupported network may be lost. Always check the network label on the deposit screen, for example USDC and USDT must be sent on Ethereum (ERC-20).
How do swaps work on Revon?
Swaps convert one coin into another inside your Revon account at a live market rate. You see the rate, fee and minimum you'll receive before confirming, and the quote expires after a short time to protect you from price moves.
What does a swap cost?
A small percentage fee is shown on every quote before you confirm. The current rate is listed on the fees page.
How fast are swaps?
Swaps settle instantly in your account balance once you confirm. There is no blockchain wait because the conversion happens within Revon.
How do withdrawals work?
Choose a coin, amount and destination address. Withdrawals carry a small network/processing fee and a daily limit, and may be reviewed before they are sent.
Can I earn rewards on my crypto?
Yes. Revon offers staking plans on selected assets with the yield shown before you commit.
Where do Revon's prices come from?
Live prices stream from major exchange market data, with an aggregated market data provider as backup. Stablecoins are held at about $1.00. Each price shows whether it is live or delayed.
How do I sign in? Is there a password?
There's no password. You sign in with a secure one-time link sent to your email, which removes the risk of reused or leaked passwords.
How can I contact support?
Signed-in clients can open a support chat from the Support page, attach screenshots and, when needed, join a video call with an agent.
Can I use Revon on my phone?
Yes. Revon works in any modern mobile browser and can be installed to your home screen like an app.
