How to deposit crypto safely
Copy the deposit address from the app instead of typing it, check the network matches, send a small test amount first for large transfers, and wait for confirmation before sending more.
1. Match the network
The same coin can exist on several networks. USDC on Ethereum and USDC on another chain are not interchangeable. Always send on the network shown on the deposit screen.
2. Copy, don't type
Use the copy button or QR code. After pasting, check the first and last few characters match.
3. Send a test amount
For large transfers, send a small amount first and wait until it appears.
4. Wait for confirmations
Blockchains need a few confirmations before a deposit is final. Bitcoin is usually slower than Ethereum or Solana.
